What should I do to return my item?

All orders are sent along with invoices or by document e-mail serving as proof of purchase.

Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase document and without evidence of opening.

If the customer has enjoyed the free shipping costs the return will be the value of the product decounting only the value of the shipping costs supported by us when sending the order.

If we find the product open, we will not accept the return. In these cases the products will be sent back to the customer.

We advise you to send us your returns by registered mail, as we are not responsible for any loss on the part of the carrier company. The transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

Before making any return you must within 14 days indicate the reason why by email or telephone contact.
